We have lot of packages still requiring icu 72
As icu 73 is available in updates and with security fixes the packages
Need a rebuild

@Jani as the stage 3 will include webkit2 I need a suggestion of what to do
Just rebuild and ignore al the security flaws or update to a version still suitable for mageia 9
