Description of problem:

doing a text install from dual iso, selecting nothing but computer networking server and firewall/router option. (also not selecting LXDE)

i selected locales nl_BE, but not installed, logging in as root gives messages which resemble:

setlocale: LC_CTYPE: cannot install locale (nl_BE.UTF8): no such file or directory.

urpmi locales-nl fixed that.

locales-nl isn't on the Beta1 dual iso.
