Description of problem: Akonadi and all related programs will not start


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): latest mariadb (11.04?)


How reproducible: every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. I installed the latest updates of mariadb from the Mageia repository. 
For Mageia 9 (Mageia updater said there were updates)

2. I went to start Kmail 23.04

3. Kmail says Akonadi will not start, so all related programs don't work, either.

4. I tried using akonadictl start from a terminal. There were a coupleof screens of info with a bunch of errors. I unistalled akonadi and mariadb and re-installed them. It didn't make any difference.

I use Kmail as my main email program, so now I don't have access to my e-mail.
