Hello QA,

This update provides somes additional fixes expecially one made by Luc Menut ;o)
- Patch408 fix mga #323 & kde #24950 (fix name display in simpleapplet)
 - patch409 to fix kde #249501 (ensure that screen is locked before switching account)
 - patch410 to fix kde #245603 (remove the global column in Standard Keyboard Shortcuts which is not used at all)
 - patch411 to fix kde #240912 (apply selection delay hack only to selection changes for klipper)
 - patch412 to fix kde #283658 (disable show in kde only should work now in kmenuedit)
 - patch413 for ksysguard ( extract process name from command line )
 - patch414 to fix kde #283051 ( allow to create a new action in Device Actions kcm)

Advisory :
This update provides several bug fix :
- Last used applications is now using menu name as in kde menu (mga #323 & kde #24950
- When switching account the screen is now locked before the switch.
- Kmenuedit now respect the « disable show in kde only » option
- It's now possible to create a new action in Device Actions SystemSettings menu ( kde #283051)

When I select Leave/Switch user in kde, then select new session, it
does invoke the screen saver, with the screen locked, but I do not
get an option to login to a new session, as a new user.

John, I've confirmed comment 1 is not a regression.  Do you want to look
into the problem, or go ahead with this update.

Well it's really strange that you don't have a new session started:/
What is your display manager ?
Usually the new session should be started on tty8/9 (depending if the first session is already runnint on tty7/tty8).

According to drakdm, kdm was selected.  However, htop showed it was gdm that
was running.  I uninstalled gdm, and then kdm did run, and user switching is
working again.

I'll look into the gdm/kdm more later, and either figure out how I messed it
up, or open a bug report, if there is a problem with drakdm/prefdm.

Regarding bug 323, the last used application now shows the same as the menu
entry, however, if you hover the mouse over the description, it just shows
the description again, instead of the actual program name, as shown when
hovering over the menu entry.  A little better, but still not quite right.

Regarding kde #249501, with kdm, the screen saver is invoked with the screen
locked, before starting kdm on the new vt.  For me, that was the case with
the prior version too.

Still looking into the other bug fixes to confirm them.

Never mind the comment about bug 323.  It is fixed.  My mistake.

The patch for kde #245603 works.  The global column is gone from the
Standard Keyboard Shortcuts in systemsettings.

The patch for kde #283658 works.  I can now add a menu entry, and have it
displayed properly.

For ksysguard, I don't see any difference, but it seems to be working
properly, as far as I can tell.

I don't think so; kdelibs4-4.6.5-1.5.mga1 has been validated and pushed, but not kdebase4-workspace-4.6.5-1.4.mga1.

kdebase4-workspace-4.6.5-1.4.mga1 is not validated by QA team for now.

For kde #240912, I couldn't figure out how to recreate the problem, so just
testing that klipper is working.

For kde #283658, I created a new menu entry, and it is shown properly.

For kde #283658 I created a new action in systemsettings/hardware/
Device/Actions Called "Open with mc" with the command "konsole -e mcdir %25f"
(both without the quotes), and a small script ...
[dave@hodgins ~]$ cat bin/mcdir
#!/bin/bash
cd $1
mc

I left the match parameters at the defaults.   On selecting a filesystem
in device notifier, I now have the option to open with mc, and it works.

Testing complete on i586 for the srpm

Performed same tests as Dave. Checked various applications. Logged in and out.

All seems OK, I think this can be pushed.

Update validated. Sorry for the delay, I wasn't able to physically access this computer.
