MGA8-64 Plasma, AMC Phenom II X4, AMD HD 8490 graphics. bbswitch and virtualbox modules built and installed without incident, as did dkms-rtl8192eu from updates_testing. (Bug 31111) The broadcom-wl module failed to build. Other than that, there were no installation issues. After the reboot, I was able to get my rtl8192eu device to connect to my network. I surfed the web with Firefox, watched a bit of a video with VLC, loaded a Libreoffice Calc spreadsheet. The only vbox guest on this install is a Windows XP created to test a previous update, and it runs fine, or as fine as XP ever runs. Except for broadcom-wl, this looks OK on this hardware.

The updated broadcom-wl driver module now builds successfully with the 64-bit version of this kernel, and functions as expected with the 32-bit server kernel.
I have replaced the install I used on Foolishness, my 32-bit Dell Inspiron 5100, to test these backported kernels with a Cauldron install, but for what it's worth, Foolishness has no problems with the 6.0.9 kernel-desktop in Cauldron.
