I have same problem. I have noticed that system continues rebooting/shutdown after pretty long (5 min?) timeout.

I have the same problem but only on 1 of my 2 cauldrons : - the fisrt, installed at the beginning of June, has the problem - the second, installed on 17 october, has not So I think we have to find something that was not properly remove during an upgrade. But where and what ?
can you test with systemd + initscripts from testing to tell if this is still valid ?

On my system, I was able to get rid of the hangup on shutdown with urpme vnstat Disabling the vnstat service is not enough, it must be uninstalled. This is on i586, with the testing version of systemd and initscripts.

can you reinstall it and remove /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifdown.d/vnstat_ip-down and tell me if the pb still appears
Removing that file does get rid of the hang on shutdown.
After some additional testing, just commenting out the line service vnstat force-reload fixes the problem.
just fixed and pushed on the BS
