Installed pre-3beta2 DVD 64 with Other Desktops as the DE choice.

Windows in Icewm are missing the titlebar. 

To move a window Alt+click as there is nothing to click+drag with.

I'll attach an example screenshot.

Oxygen seems to be used judging by the close icon etc.
