mga3 alpha3 release: the search function of logfiles (draklog) cannot be used. All checkboxes and the search-button are greyed out. I will attach screenshot.

This might be due to the change to journalctl?

I guess if you install rsyslog it's works ?

you're correct. After installing rsyslog and reboot draklog works again...

Yeah I guess I should update draklog to search the journal instead if /var/log/journal exists). The searching should be much simpler and we can easily provide date bounds on the calendar too. Should be a lot quicker.

Anyway, I suppose this is now on my todo list :p
