Description Steve Havelka 2012-10-24 01:36:17 CEST
Description of problem:

I opened up MCC, clicked the Snapshots button.
The system asked to install several packages (draksnapshot, and others).
I clicked the OK button to install them.
After installing, I clicked the Snapshots button again, and something crashed.

This is the crash report that the "report bug" popup displayed:

To submit a bug report, click on the report button.
This will open a web browser window on Bugzilla where you'll find a form to fill in. The information displayed above will be transferred to that server
It would be very useful to attach to your report the output of the following command: 'lspcidrake -v'.
