Sometimes I find updates in updates_testing that have exactly the same package name as the one in release or updates.

When submitting to updates_testing, it should check that the version/release is actually higher than in release and updates.

When submitting to backports_testing, it should check that the version/release is higher than in any other media.

Ping. If one sysadmin/dev can point us to the code that needs to be adjusted, maybe another dev could do it.
