Description of problem: Appears the tracker is "out-of-business". No dns address for two days. Appears there isn't a backup tracker.
Please. What has it to do with Mageia?

Actually everything... :/ It's the tracker used for Mageia ISO torrents util our own system is created ... I've tried to get some response from the DNS hosting and from an other mail contact I have, but so far nothing...

I think we should create multi-tracker torrents in the future. To avoid such problems.

What about trackerless torrents then? isn't the DHT supposed to act as sort of a backup already?
what about changing the link to http://terasaur.org/search?query=mageia for now ? (direct access)
Could this be an opportunity to close bug 104 as well?
Copied from the Mageia ML. From their facebook page today.
we're having an issue with our domain name that we hope to have resolved shortly. You can add a line in your hosts file to point to 66.135.37.158 linuxtracker.org dev.linuxtracker.org
<snip> My question is whether we can/should use the ip for the tracker address, at least temporarily. Having added the above to my hosts file I'm seeing about 2 seeds average after 2 days and no leeches.
Tracker is back online.
Closing as linuxtracker.org is back online.
