Description claire robinson 2012-04-24 11:31:07 CEST
With hardware acceleration enabled, when playing videos on youtube etc, the red and blue colour channels are switched.

Right clicking, selecting settings and disabling hardware acceleration, then reloading the page corrects it.

# rpm -q flash-player-plugin

# rpm -qa | grep nvidia

It is the same with the updated nvidia drivers

Same problem here on my system, it's a bug with the flash plugin itself.

# rpm -q flash-player-plugin
flash-player-plugin-11.2.202.233-1.mga2.nonfree

# rpm -qa |grep nvidia

nvidia-current-kernel-3.3.1-desktop-2.mga2-295.40-1.mga2.nonfree

Tested in Chromium, rekonq, and Arora. The Arch Wiki has some relevant information concerning the bug, and links to a workaround involving a patch and the other workaround of disabling HW accel. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Browser_Plugins#Blue_tint_on_videos_with_Flash_and_Nvidia
