I can't test this very well as my i586 laptop is too slow to run it properly but at startup it gives some errors. $ fgfs Mesa 7.10.2 implementation error: Bad renderbuffer format: 21 Please report at bugs.freedesktop.org It later gives several pages of these before reaching the cockpit.. i915_program_error: Bad source->Index: 12 i915_program_error: Bad source->Index: 12 It is too slow to actually do anything when I get to the cockpit so I can't check much beyond this.

This bug was discovered in Mageia 1. It seems like it could be different from the bug Bit Twister has discovered in Cauldron.
Severity: critical => normal
Sorry, forgot to check bug Version. I'll open one against Cauldron.

(In reply to comment #0) > Mesa 7.10.2 implementation error: Bad renderbuffer format: 21 This is a bug in the hardware driver, not in flightgear. It works perfectly here with Intel HD graphics, so I think only your Intel hardware trigger this bug. As flightgear requires good gpu, I would close this bug as wontfix. Else feel free to assign it to mesa ...
