Is documented in erratas https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=32687 FIXED BY UPDATE mga#32687 - lxc 5.0.2-1.mga9 is broken. Updates fixing the issues are available, but it is necessary to take manual actions before installing the packages (see comment 10).

Ah, thanks, I didn't catch the bug report because searching only to open bugs.
