Description of problem: I asked in one of the mailinglists (I think it was Dev) to have glibc updated/backported from Cauldron, but I got no reply. The reason why I ask for this is rpmbuild failing to build ghc-bootstrap 9.8.2 if the glibc version is below 2.38.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 2.38.

How reproducible: Everytime.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the spec-file.
2. Download the sources and put them in ~/rpmbuild/SOURCES/
3. Install all dependencies in the .spec file.
4. Now build ghc-bootstrap with rpmbuild -ba.
5. rpmbuild will fail to find glibc-2.38 because the installed glibc version is 2.36.
