Package Request.

"""
If available, Cockpit uses the Performance Co-Pilot [https://pcp.io/] framework to gather metrics data about the system.
"""
https://cockpit-project.org/guide/latest/feature-pcp

Since we have CockPit in the repositories, adding packages for "Performance Co-Pilot" (PCP) and corresponding python package python3-pcp would enable functionalities in CockPit.

This request is for both Mageia 10/Cauldron and also Mageia 9, the later if not too much work.
