Description of problem:

Perhaps due to reported energy issues distrib-coffee mirror stuck its
updates in 2025-04-29, the access to the mirror from http(s) is restored but
the mirror is still outdated

This produces a chain effect of outdated mirrors , start to produce complications with QA work https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34218#c9

And will start to let users without security fixes
