Description of problem:
while trying to setup the connection from Mageia 9 to DHL ssh service

ssh -oHostKeyAlgorithms=+ssh-rsa -oPubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes=+ssh-dss  myuser@165.72.193.193
SystemD reports about the libcrypto.so.3 segfault:
