Description of problem:
mozjs78 contains an embedded version of the expat library (see bug 33630). This goes against policy and it should be changed to use the separate expat package instead (if possible). or, the package should be removed, as raised in that bug.

There are also mozjs115 and mozjs128 packages which presumably have the same problem. Even if mozjs78 is removed, these latter packages should be checked for the same problem.
