Installed this kernel using a Mageia 8 x32 VM
Installed cpupower too

Removed the older kernels (.70, .71 and .72) before the reboot, operation successful in one minute
Installation without issues
Reboot to DE ok
Shared clipboard (between host and VM) OK

Sound OK

I await for a real hardware installation marks the OK in this

HP Probook 6550b, i3 M350, Intel graphics, Broadcom wifi, mga8-64 Plasma system.

No installation issues. Broadcom-wl driver module successfully built and installed.

After reboot VirtualBox, Dolphin, mplayer, vlc, Thunderbird, and Firefox all tested without issues. Battery was running low, so I couldn't try out Libreoffice or Gimp as I had intended, but with the other apps successful I doubt there would be any issues with them, either.
