qarepo found the core packages for me, but not the tainted ones.

OK, found them this time. Not sure what I did wrong the first three tries.
Comment 3 Thomas Andrews 2022-03-11 21:38:36 CET
MGA8-64 Plasma, i5-2500, Intel graphics.

Tested both tainted and core builds. No installation issues, once I was able to get qarepo to download the tainted versions, too. (Still don't know what I did wrong.)

Played some video files, mp4 and mkv, no problems. Attempted to get IPTV to work, managed to load a couple of m8u playlists and was able to play one or two channels from each, but many others failed, probably because I don't know what I'm doing.

But, it seems to work as it should.
Comment 4 Thomas Andrews 2022-03-12 02:44:56 CET
Same hardware as Comment 3, but my production Plasma install. No issues with qarepo this time.

Before the update, I noticed that a right-click on the screen when playing a video failed to bring up the context menu as it is supposed to do, and indeed the link in Comment 0 indicates that is one of the regressions this update is supposed to address.

After the update, a right-click works as it should.

Giving this an OK, and validating.
