Distribution=Mageia release 1 (Official) for x86_64
CPU=Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU       Q 720  @ 1.60GHz

Hardware: Lenovo W701 laptop with
Intel Corporation Centrino Ultimate-N 6300


When trying to connect to 3 different wifi network I get the following messages:
"An error occur at the network connectioncontroll.
This maybe depends on wrong networksettings, or problem with your modem or router.
You maybe whish to  restart the configuration to examine the connections."

Please ttach the output of lscpidrake -v and also the log of syslog:

you can use tail -f /var/log/syslog then retry to connect and copy paste.

Here are what I could do.

[root@humlan jan]# lscpidrake -v

I tried a lot more with 2 different wifi network and discover:
I can't do a configuration for more than one (1) network.
When I try to configure the second network it will change the cryptokey.

For now I can use a wifi-network with WEP but not a wifi-network with WPA.
I have the keys for both networks.

For me it loks like that for some reason its difficult to do setup for mor than one network.

When I used Mandriva 2010.2 that was no problem, I had configured 3 different wifi-network.

For som reason I don't no, the wi-fi-connection beginn to work.
I haven't checked if the password will pe saved for each network.
