Mageia 8, x86_64
Quad Core Intel Core i7-4790
NVIDIA GM204 [GeForce GTX 970]

Installed under the latest linus kernel and rebooted smoothly with nvidia 470.86.
Rebooted and chose an earlier desktop kernel, 5.10.70-1.
At reboot the nvidia and virtualbox modules were rebuilt, virtualboxbox worked for launching a client but failed to restart a saved session (to be expected).
Installed the latest desktop kernel - scheduled update. Not in the menu.
Ran `drakboot --boot` after login and rebooted. OK that time.
