Description of problem:
After Upgrade from Mageia 7 to Mageia 8 the wine service won't start anymore. On system boot there is the message:
[FAILED] Failed to start LSB: Allow users to run Windows(tm) applications.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start any wine program from terminal or start menu

2. I uninstalled all wine packages and reinstalled them, still the same results
