Description of problem:
Boxes are displayed in Chromium browser instead of Hebrew letters in some sections.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 89.0.4389.90


How reproducible:
Open Chromium browser using Hebrew, go to the settings page, and then you will see the problem. Additionally, Chromium browser called "Web browser - Firefox" somehow.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Chromium browser in Hebrew
2. Go to the settings page

This problem should be because the fallback font configuration, but changing the fonts in the font preferences does not solve the problem.

Yes this problem happens on the newest version.

Now this problem is fixed on my PC, closing as fixed
