Description of problem: Can not use/install from "Core release" and "Core updates" media.
Thank you for reporting. Have the medias worked before and stopped working, or never worked? Mageia 7 or Cauldron? How did you install Mageia? Did you configure media sources? The Mageia Welcome app that is shown after login (and you can also start it manually) contain more info on this and other things good to know to get started, and links to further information. If you are new to Mageia, maybe better seek advice using our forum.

Hello, the media never worked on Mageia Cauldron. This bug happened with upgrading from version 7 and with clean installation. This bug happened by default and configuration of the media sources can not fix it.

Upgrading is not supported currently. But, after a new try on my side, Cauldron Repositories are OK now. I let you to do a new try.

This looks likea mirror problem. What country are you in? $ urpmq --list-url will show what mirror repos you are actually using. Worth trying to change the mirror: This is described in the MCC manual (you may need to install the package mageia-doc-mcc-<language> to see this), from the main application menu Documentation-MCC Manual: Software Management Configure Media The menu File -> Add a specific media mirror which says you should first remove all your current media, then select a mirror, then re-select the media you want.

Hello, using a specific mirror very helps, thank you. In the menu of the mirrors, I tried to use the mirror of Israel (my local mirror), a mirror from France, and a mirror from the USA, but only the mirror from USA worked correctly.
Thank you for your +ve feedback. Are you agreeable to closing this 'works for me'?

If you do an offline installation from M7 ISO or Cauldron Beta 1,install medias are not activated after first reboot. Also, launching mgaapplet (updater systray icon) or rpmdrake will ask you to add online repos. After you added online repositories, Installer ones are not activated by default and they never should not be activated.

There is a bug in the installer about the internet connection, I'll open a new bug.
