There is now a mkinitrd-6.0.93-23.1.mga1 to test in core/updates_testing. Advisory: --- This update fixes nash-hotplug to use /proc/<pid>/oom_score_adj and thereby the warning in dmesg: kernel: nash-hotplug (<pid>): /proc/<pid>/oom_adj is deprecated, please use /proc/<pid>/oom_score_adj instead. --- The reason for pushing this update even if it's only is a warning, is that newer kernels will change the warning to a full stack trace printout (to try and force all distros to finally fix it), so fixing this will avoid bugreports. The same fix has been in Cauldron since 2011-08-02 (reference: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=482)

Testing complete on i586. I confirmed the message nash-hotplug (34): /proc/34/oom_adj is deprecated was present in syslog, for every boot, just after write protecting the kernel text and read-only data. After running mkinitrd -f /boot/initrd-2.6.38.8-desktop-5.mga.img 2.6.38.8-desktop-5.mga With the Updates Testing version of nash and mkinitrd, the error no longer appears on reboot. I've done this test with all 5 kernels I have installed. The srpm involved is mkinitrd-6.0.93-23.1.mga1.src.rpm
