Hi, thanks reporting this.
Sadly, a crash in our tools is a bad thing.

Can you reproduce the bug?
Does your printer get configured?

Do all updates applied to your system?


Also, a bug in Cauldron is sometimes due to pending updates or all libraries not updated.
If this is not reproducible, we are going to close this.

If the segfault occurs when you exit drakconf, this is a duplicate of bug 26944.
