Description Aurelien Oudelet 2020-08-05 21:19:36 CEST
/tmp directory not empty after install, systemd complains on boot like this :
systemd[1]: tmp.mount: Directory /tmp to mount over is not empty, mounting anyway.

As /tmp is a mount point for a volatile tmpfs, this directory should be empty after installation.
Any files should not be here in this directory.

Assigning to Mageia tools maintainers.

Workaround:
Mount your root partition from a live CD/USB, and remove files/directories present in /tmp directory.

Mitigation:
systemd mounts anyway a /tmpfs on this directory but complains.
