Installed the x86_64 version. No installation issues. Went to my usual U.S. National Weather Service radar site to look at a loop, and was informed that while the loop still uses flash, the NWS is in the process of migrating away from it. (Yay!) flash showed the loop, no issues noted.

MGA7-64 Plasma on Lenovo B50
No installation issues.
This installation didn't have flash before, so I run out of usual tests.
Tried TJ's suggestion at https://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php, but didn't see any message on flash.
So hunted for some test site and found https://www.ultrasounds.com/, the animation works OK.
OK to me.

The radar site is somewhat confusing. The link you used uses the "standard" version of the map, and doesn't use flash. If you go to the local radar site https://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=bgm&product=N0R&overlay=11101111&loop=no and click on one of the loops available there, the "enhanced" loop comes up, which currently does use flash. The "enhanced" version includes things like terrain maps and warnings if there are any. Click on the link to the "standard" version, and you'll get the non-flash loop, which is just a map with the radar overlay.
