Please add a package for the gimp plugin "wavelet denoise" - it's a very useful plugin that provides a very good interface to remove color noise in digital photos. Ubuntu. Debian and ArchLinux provide this plugin in the gimp-plugin-registry package, that includes a lot more useful plugins as well.

Moreover, our gimp maintainer (Shlomi) seems interested in that package.
