Hello, lcms version is actually 1.19. Could you package also lcms2? Version 2.2 is available. lcms2 is needed for rawtherapee (https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1650).
lcms2 is already available in cauldron urpmq --sources lcms2 --use-distrib /Public/pub/linux/Mageia/distrib/cauldron/x86_64/ /Public/pub/linux/Mageia/distrib/cauldron/x86_64/media/core/release/lcms2-2.2-3.mga2.x86_64.rpm

backports are not open yet (sorry for the delay, the holidays didn't help and we have a lot of work on standard updates, bugfix and security), but it could be possible, maybe. We'll see that once someone packagers rawtherapee at last and makes you happy :)

I do not understand why you cannot backport this package? Other packages have already been backported to Mageia 1 (for instance https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1792). How special is this package?
We don't have the tools that allow us to build and push a package to backports media. For perroquet, the situation was different : it was missing in Mageia 1 although Mandriva 2010.2 had it. An exception to the updates policy allowed us to add it directly as an update, not a backport.
