This is related to bug #1825, a backports request for frei0r-plugins following a pop-up on opening Openshot video editor requesting them.

They are being backported but Kdenlive also make use of them - Please see comment 18.

setting depend, since there won't be anything to integrate as long as bug 1825 (backporting frei0r-plugins) isn't fixed

I think this can be closed as bug 1825 was closed too and we will have this package available for mga 2.
