Description of problem: If you go to kde systemsettings, and add download and install a new theme, it is not shown as available. I also went to kde-look.org in order to install from there. I installed ocs-url to be able to open ocs:// addresses. Firefox does not use it at all. Chrome was able to use it and worked... but the theme was not installed (not found on disk). Finally I was able to get the themes shown by downloading the tar file manually and extracting it at ~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme/ Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Mageia 6 RC fully updated. How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: Just open systemsettings, go to workspace theme. Select desktop theme and click on download new theme. Select one of them and install. When going back you should see the new theme available for select. It is failin to untar or copy the files to the right place (~/.local/share/plasma/desktoptheme) but it is not reporting any error.
