Description of problem:

6_s1: Plasma double click email notification link does switch to thunderbird.

I have thunderbird launched on virtual desktop 8 via my /home/bittwister/.config/autostart-scripts/kde_startup.sh. Command is
    kstart --desktop 8 thunderbird &

When I get an email, control bar notification brings up the notification.
Double clicking would normally jump me to desktop 8 and position me at reading the email.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. click desktop 4 in pager in control bar
2. Alt+Space key/bar 
3. enter    thunderbird &
   and configure it to read localhost mail.
4. click desktop 1 in pager
5. bring up a terminal
6. mail -s test_shot $USER < /dev/null
7. when thunderbird's Server checks/reads new email you get a Notification's message with link. Double click it.

It does not switch/jump to thunderbird desktop.

At best I might see a highlighted thunderbird selection in the control/task bar.

Sorry about the poor bug report. Doing too many things at once.

Yep, still broke with all updates installed, and it does work on Xfce
