In Bug 17187 we updated polarssl to mbedtls and rebuilt all packages against it, but dolphin-emu was missed because it is in tainted only. Advisory: ======================== The polarssl library was updated to mbedtls 1.3.16 in MGASA-2016-0054, fixing several security issues. Packages using polarssl needed to be rebuilt against the updated mbedtls library. The dolphin-emu package was not rebuilt at that time, but it has now been rebuilt so that it will use the updated mbedtls library. References: http://advisories.mageia.org/MGASA-2016-0054.html ======================== Updated packages in core/updates_testing: ======================== dolphin-emu-4.0.2-8.5406.2.2.mga5 from dolphin-emu-4.0.2-8.5406.2.2.mga5.src.rpm
Testing x64 Installed PRE-update dolphin-emu to try. Launching it yields a message: "Dolphin could not find any GameCube/Wii ISOS or WADs. "Double-click here to browse for files". Searching Internet, this site http://www.freeroms.com/nintendo_gamecube.htm offers a large choice of games to download. They are huge, >1Gb. BEFORE update The game I tried merely showed a couple of introductory screens, then blocked on one about formatting a card to save its data. This screen was alive in the sense that left/right arrow keys changed the focus between two fields, but lower options 'Y' (not highlighted) to continue without saving and 'A' (highlighted) to accept (what?) had no effect. Stalemate. AFTER update to: dolphin-emu-4.0.2-8.5406.2.2.mga5.tainted its behaviour was identical. On this feeble evidence, update deemed OK.
