Description of problem:
First screen of installer - language selection for classic iso.  Using Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse but initially there is no response from either but after maybe two or three minutes they suddenly come to life and events proceed normally thereafter.  It might have something to do with missing drivers or trying out different drivers (?).

Always, and it affects both uefi and CSM installs.
