The Oracle JDK has been updated, which causes some things to complain that our Java plugin is out of date. The newest update (Java 8 Update 60) is just a bugfix update, not a security update. As for the plugin itself, which for us is icedtea-web, we are also still using the 1.5 branch, which is EOL upstream (though they did just update it past its EOL due to a serious security issue). This update will update the Java to jdk8u60, the icedtea-web plugin to 1.6.1, and the timezone information to the latest 2015f release.
