I have uploaded the qgis package in 4 core updates_testing for Mageia 4 in order to fix a problem to make qgis work with OSM maps, GoogleMaps etc

Updated qgis package fix the follow error:
ERROR 4: Unable to open EPSG support file gcs.csv.
Try setting the GDAL_DATA environment variable to point to the
directory containing EPSG csv files.
