How reproducible:

=> at every boot, in the morning after breakfast, since 4 or 5 days. In fact, since the last upgrade (perhaps of drakrpm, or something like that.).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start up the computer
2.wait a few minutes
3.and see that (you can use google transalte mageia msg if you want, I'm sorry, I'm french and I have french mageia) :

a) pop-up in the middle of the screen :

b) information with "?" in the "dashboard" (is it the right word in english ??? in french it's an horrible word, perhaps "bottom bar" ? it's not very important in fact, there is a problem)
