Description of problem: Install M5B1 from build 4 classical iso, choose languages en_GB and Afrikaans, also choose all availalbe Desktop Environments. After first reboot the primary language en_GB is changed under Cinnamon to Afrikaans. Log out of Cinnamon to IceWM. Upon login a GUI asked twice - next to each other - whether to rename ~/Downloads ~/Pictures etcetera: I okayed it one, and did say do NOT keep the old names. I closed the other GUI. After that, each user special folder exists with BOTH English and Afrikaans names. Logic as per previous questions requires that there be no more English named folders Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, only their comparable Aftikaans names. Plus, I should like the question to be popped only once. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:

Are you sure drakxtools is the culprit? Couldn't it be Cinnamon?

I can confirm the issue, and it's not Cinnamon-specific as far as I can remember, at least I've experienced it in KDE too.

Sorry but you'll have to do with Rémi's answer, I cant't check before next month...
