I tried to update Mga3 32-bit and ran into all sorts of conflicts, so I couldn't get all the right versions of all the packages installed together. Perhaps someone else could see if they have the same problem. In the meantime I've gone on to Mga4 32-bit which seems to be behaving better. Carolyn

Select libreoffice-base from rpmdrake and it should take all needed packages automatically with it.
All resolved, I just uninstalled everything and started again. All packages then installed fine, no regressions noticed with basic general use. Thanks. Carolyn

Testing complete on Mga4, i586. Tested Writer, Calc and Impress, langpacks de and en. No problems were noticed during casual usage. I will report back if I run into any problems. For now this update candidate is OK for me, but it's probably better to wait for more testers before pushing this.
Testing MGA4 x64 real hardware. After the trouble-free update, have played with Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math - in Welsh (langpack-cy) impressively everywhere. All seems OK.

In this case Wassi (user7) is right Otto. He's familiar with the process btw. Libreoffice is a large and important package which is installed by default so we need many eyes over it before we declare it OK. Thanks both of you, keep going :)
