Description claire robinson 2014-01-14 16:42:33 CET
Classic 4RC DVD 32 with default KDE install (build 6, Jan 12th)

This is difficult to describe.

With a list of updates available in MageiaUpdate, pressing 'Select All' to deselect everything, deslsects everything apart from the package currently highlighted (which happened to be the one at the top).

Clicking again to select everything, it slowly scrolls through each package in the list, apparently removing it from the list as the scroll bar become shorter with each one. When it reaches the end it lists everything again but everything except the highlighted package is selected (which again was the top one)

It did update rpmdrake as the first package

$ rpm -q rpmdrake
rpmdrake-6.8-1.mga4

These errors repeat in the terminal as it happens, ie. It shows all these then shows them again etc including the getting info for core/release, numerous times before moving on to nonfree/release and then back to core/release. If I were to guess, I'd say that each package triggered the repetition.

getting information from /var/lib/urpmi/Core Release (distrib1)/info.xml.lzma
