Reaffecting then?

Comment 3 Dick Gevers 2013-12-08 18:58:06 CET
I should have written also: if you wait long enough and not choose F1 or F2 the machine also reboots.
Comment 4 Anne Nicolas 2013-12-15 15:13:57 CET
Do you still have the same with latest isos?
Comment 5 Dick Gevers 2013-12-15 19:17:46 CET
Sure. As per http://bn.parinux.org/p/mageia4beta2 line #287
Comment 6 Dick Gevers 2013-12-28 19:54:16 CET
Applies to 4RC first round classical 64-bit iso

Comment 9 Manuel Hiebel 2014-01-08 19:19:55 CET
iso will need a rebuild to be fixed (as rpm is)
Comment 10 Anne Nicolas 2014-01-10 22:13:31 CET
can you confirm this bug is fixed ?
Comment 11 Manuel Hiebel 2014-01-11 01:07:46 CET
It looks not, I see same attachment as the blocker bugs https://bugs.mageia.org/attachment.cgi?id=4612

Could it be that last image from memtest is not in iso ?
(don't know how to check, md5 maybe ?)
Comment 12 Dick Gevers 2014-01-11 10:00:30 CET
It is not fixed: F1 and escape still reboots, F2 still freezes the system: hard reset needed.
Comment 13 Anne Nicolas 2014-01-11 14:30:48 CET
my bad. Integration of new isolinux is not all automatized for now so it needs some more manual steps and memtest was not updated in isos.  added in script so that it can be done for next one.
Comment 14 Dick Gevers 2014-01-12 11:09:55 CET
Yes with current round of iso's it is fixed.
