EVOLUTION is no loger running than Update 09.11.2013

This appears to be an issue with the timezone package. I have reopened bug 11559 for that update.

As a workaround until this is fixed you can downgrade the timezone package.
Do do that simply download timezone-2012c-1.mga2.x86_64.rpm from your local mirror, then run (as root, or with sudo)

urpmi --downgrade timezone-2012c-1.mga2.x86_64.rpm

and now evolution will start again.
