It look like an upstream bug. See this links: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hplip/+bug/1048754 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=870641 As I can see HPLIP needs to be updated to 3.12.11 version (at least) to fix this bug but mga3 comes with old 3.12.9.
