Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. clean install of Mageia-5-beta3-x86_64-DVD.iso 2. clicked the intall ntp box, selected Central USA. 3. After reboot "date" showed Sun Feb 15 19:49:28 UTC 2015 Workaround: mcc->System->Manage date and time Timezone showed Central USA. It probably is. You just have to reconfigure your timezone. Fix is committed, but I don't know if new package is released or not.
