Description of problem: As of KDE 4.10.2 the Kate editor features a plugin system for python plugins. To enable the python plugins under 'settings -> Configure Kate -> Plugins' there should be a checkable option for Python Plugins. This is missing. humf. Probably one the worst package name i created :/ We should fix it kate-plugin-pate should be used instead.
