That's because there're no translations for name (Name[lang] lines) in /usr/share/applications/system-config-printer.desktop. However there're translations for comment.

Translations marked as fuzzy aren't included when building the pkg.

Mga2 is shipped with version 1.3.9 which is the last one in 1.3.x series without fuzzy translations.

Is it possible to activate french translations after removing comment before concerned lines and recompiling the good package ?
(In reply to Olivier Mondoloni from comment #6) > > Is it possible to activate french translations after removing comment before > concerned lines and recompiling the good package ? IMHO it's not an option to only enable french translation. Maybe i18n teams could help checking the .desktop file translations and then we could enable all of them. However I'm not maintaining the pkg so these are only my opinions/suggestions.
I finally made some tests. None of them were conclusive. Activating french translations lead to program not functioning. At the moment, we could let it like this.
