Description of problem:
There is I have to see layout name "us" or "ru" in the panel with wigets.
When I try to change keyboard layout (press Alt+Shift) I see "us" or some a short string in Turkish.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mageia 3 beta 4

How reproducible:
Try change keybord layout between English and Russian.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot system
2. login
3. change keyboard layout

I don't understand your bug report, and in what DE are you seeing that ?

Desktop environment is KDE.
The selected language is Russian (during installation).

Answer provided. But regrettably release media < M5 cannot be changed anymore, for which reason we need to close the report as old.

Please reopen if seen with current installer (5beta1 or higher). If so please adjust target milestone and write '5beta1' (for example) in the whiteboard. Thanks
